On this site we implemented a factory floor to office SCADA system used for recipe management, data acquisition / logging and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
Following are some photos of the full re-automation of a Liquid Packaging System.
Control panel for a four axis servo and pneumatic control system, providing robotic movement to position and insert glands into a plastic film web.

An Omron CJ1M PLC controlling a liquid packaging machine. This includes two axis servo control, DeviceNet network for remote I/O, PID temperature control units for 24 thermocouple sensors to be connected directly to the plc, and also has an Ethernet Network to communicate with the Touchscreen, SCADA system and for PLC programming.
